How It Works 

Select the perfect product and then upload a picture of your pet. Our team of world class designers will reproduce your photo and print it onto your product. We'll then produce and ship your custom piece of pet art.  

You’ll receive a 110% unique, one-of-a-kind product with your actual pet illustrated on the front. Don’t worry - you’ll get to approve your illustration before we print it so you know without a doubt it’s perfect for you and your pet.

Picking The Right Photo Of Your Pet 

Our designers will reproduce the photo you submit with your order. The best photo to submit would be showing your pet sitting upright or standing. Be sure to provide a close-up, high quality picture of your pet. If your first photo doesn't work, no worries - we'll just try another one. Portrait Mode on your phone, for example, produces a great quality photo for our artists.

Please insure your 1st Photograph is of the above mentioned standard 

(As you are allowed up to two amendments free of charge, after that you will be charged $10 for every amendment after that)

Design Timeline

Once you submit your order, our designers will get to work within 24 hours. It typically takes 2-3 days to create your customised product. You'll receive an email with your design proof for approval. Once approved, we'll print and ship your item.

Shipping & Returns

Please allow approximately 7-10 days for shipping once your design is approved. As every single item is custom made, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We ship with full tracking as fast as possible - always!
