How Customisation Works

Select the perfect product and then upload a picture of your pet. Our artists will create a custom piece of art based on a photo you submit with your order and print it onto your purchase.


You’ll receive a 110% unique, one-of-a-kind product with your actual pet illustrated on the front. Don’t worry - you’ll get to approve your illustration before we print it so you know without a doubt it’s perfect for you and your pet.


Picking The Right Photo Of Your Pet

The best photo to submit would be showing your pet sitting upright or standing. Be sure to provide a close-up, high quality picture of your pet. If your first photo doesn't work, no worries - we'll just try another one. Portrait Mode on your phone, for example, produces a great quality photo for our artists.

(As you are allowed up to two amendments free of charge, after that you will be charged $10 for every amendment after that)

Design Timeline

Once you submit your order, our designers will get to work within 24 hours. It typically takes 2-3 days to create your custom artwork. You'll receive an email with your design proof for approval. Once approved, we'll print and ship your item.

Shipping & Returns

Please allow approximately 7-10 days for shipping once your design is approved.

We ship with full tracking as fast as possible - always!

As every single item is custom made, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
