Style, Size, and Photo Changes
If you want to cancel or change anything in the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. Contact us here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/Misprinted Items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item.

If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, 4 Terriers Only are not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.

Cancellations/Returns
Most of our products can be cancelled up until they are in production for a refund. To change or cancel your order, please contact us with your order number and recipient’s name stated for ease of access, so that we can cancel or change your order as soon as you change your mind. Unfortunately, once an order is in production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Please note that for Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your products once it has been put into production. This would mean that the customization has started. To cancel or change it,It means to charge a custom fee based on 50% of the product's selling price, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Customization fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and the handling fee.


All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  1. You changed your mind for any reason or wanted a change to an order, with regards to any order details (If you wish to cancel or amend an order you must let us know immediately after ordering - and within 24 hours)
  2. Incorrect sizes (Please refer to the sizing chart before ordering)
  3. User errors/typos etc entered on personalized items
  4. Incorrect or incomplete address supplied by buyer, including where delivery is attempted but failed by courier. Buyer is responsible for address errors or omissions. We are not able to edit shipping addresses once an order is shipped.
  5. Where items are tracked as delivered. We will send a replacement at our expense to an alternative address if an item is marked as delivered but the customer has not received it.
  6. Please contact our customer service for return.
